Global toggle of ad blocker detection.

2. New feature: Extra -> Mod View -> Avatar Circle Year
Displays a colored border around the avatar showing the number of years members have joined.

• Border without color: Joined for less than 1 year
• 1 color border: Joined for 1 year
• 2 color border: Joined for 2 years
• 3 color border: Joined for 3 years
• 4 color border: Joined for 4 years or more
