[UW] Forum Comments System - Xenforo 2 2.0.7

This Forum Comments System add-on allows users to post comments under a reply in the forum. The add-on basically functions as nested replies for the main reply in the tread, suitable also for Q&A threads.
This FCS add-on combines similar functionalities as you can find in vB5, Facebook and xF2 profile comments.

There are already 13 user group permission options available now organized in a dedicated section. Notification, alerts are sent no matter where the comment is written, whether it is in a new or an old reply.

The XenForo add-on [UW] Forum Comments System was developed by the user xffutureuser. In a thread on the official XenForo community, he explained that he originally designed the add-on for his own use and then made it available to the community.

Although he stated that he created the add-on himself, later discussions suggested that he may have hired external developers to implement certain features.

The add-on was later integrated by ThemeHouse into their product Thread Types Plus, highlighting its relevance and functionality.

However, the original thread on xenforo.com has since been deleted, and the add-on is no longer officially available there. If you're interested in similar features, Thread Types Plus by ThemeHouse could be a good alternative, as it supports comment and reaction features among others.
