This problem is related to ad blocking applications or similar on your computer. It breaks XenVn's JavaScript and stops the countdown.

So I need someone to help me look at Teamviewer so that I can check the problem directly. Because this error only appears in some users.

Another way is to try to hardload the page by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R to see if it can be fixed.

This should be fixed cause most of the user don't know what is causing the issue. OR show popup to user to disable adblock extensions or VPNs. after causing an issue,
