Get Reply button on the resource thread, that will take to resource's discussion reply

hi all, i want to make a Reply button near the Like button on the resource thread, i have added a addons that force user to like and reply to download from resource, but some people struggling to get the discussion tab, so this will help user to get faster to the reply in discussion. see the picture below that will explain well.
