Hide / Remove New Thread button

Hello, everybody.


have already removed the Forum Title and New Posts button. Now I would like to remove the Create New Theme button from the home page.

Here's a picture:

It is in German but I think everyone knows what is meant.

Is there also a CSS code that I can insert in extra.less?

because new post I got away using css and not create new theme.
