The problem with this feature is when the user Clicks on the Reply button or Select To Quote.
Try it and you will see.

thanks for the feedback. i was using this feature in areas where i don't want replies. maybe an option like "use only in these forums" can be added.
it was really useful and when it was removed my whole system became useless
