Imagemagick PECL extension

in my xenforo ir greyed out. I did bunch of crap in last 1-2hours installing everything, from pecl, to adding extensions to php ini and everything I found and its still greyed out.......
I did ALL lines from this page :

askubuntu.com

And from other pages too, and its still greyed out...i use debian11
