hi, how to filter the approval queue by specific user uploaded resources

hi, my forum's registered users are uploading files in the resources, there are lots of resources coming up, so here i wanted to do a filter by specific user's uploaded resources and then admin check and approve it.
how to filter the approval queue by specific user uploaded resources?
