1. Press Windows key + R to display the run dialog box.

2. Copy and paste the following code into the dialog box and press Enter:

%USERPROFILE%/AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets

-> Delete all content in that folder.

-> Delete all content in that folder.

3. Open powershell as administrator then paste the following command and hit enter:

Get-AppxPackage -Name Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

4. Restart the computer.

5. Open Setting -> Personalize -> Lock screen -> Personalize your lock screen -> Select Windows spotlight
Wait about 1 minute for windows to reload the Windows spotlight images.

Done.
