Ok. I can already see that the fault lies with cloudflare. Now it works: [CSS-Cache] cache-control: public, max-age=31536000 [HTTP-Status-Code] HTTP/2 403 - now it says: [Protocols] using HTTP/2 and it is a green color now.

I'm going to disconnect Cloudflare for a while and see how it goes. :sneaky:
