XenVn's download log counter will not record in the following cases: - The owner of the post downloads. - You have set the permission for a user group to download unlimited. - When you are in the process of upgrading / updating XenVn (XenVn addon will be disabled at this time).

Xenforo's file counter is a view counter. Not the number of downloads. It's not accurate. The article owner has the right to download without restrictions and without recording in XenVn's download log.
