Dear Support, When I log in to the forum using my account as an admin, the statistics are displayed in full according to the actual number of topics. in the user group any user can not see all statics

I disabled all the plugins using this code, but the problem persists.

Good Morning, before it was working fine, but now if i need to add any photo from the computer it show the below error, also i am not adding photo from the link.

Now I have deleted it, I will reinstall and let you know if the same problem.
