Xenforo builds a lot of redirecting links. These are links that when you visit them, they automatically redirect you to another link. Redirects are generally bad for SEO (unless you do it on purpose). They will cause a "Page with redirect" error message in Google Search Console.
You can easily find redirect links in the following format on your Xenforo site:

When you access the above links, it will automatically redirect to another link. Specifically in the example:

Now, with the "Extra -> Convert Redirect Link" feature of XenVn addon. The redirect links on your page will be automatically converted to real target links. This will help improve SEO better. This feature will only support most important links, not all Xenforo redirect links.
