Unable to install mmo-blockproxies-2.0.0

I'm receiving the following message when installing,

"Could not process XenVn-mmo-blockproxies-2.0.0.zip: File does not appear to be a valid add-on archive as expected."

Has anyone been able to install this Add-on? TIA.

Unzip the file. Upload to your server the files inside the upload folder.
