How to fix SitemapIndex Tag Problem on Google Search Console.

My website has a total of 14 posts.
But
My webpage's Sitemap files and Robots.txt files are all correct, still I am getting sitemapindex tag error on Google Search Console.

Robots.txt File : ask.hindisahayata.in
Sitemap File : ask.hindisahayata.in
