Fix the error display in XenVn Setting for users who have not upgraded to version 2.3.9

Fixed the issue of displaying errors in XenVn Setting for users who did not upgrade to version 2.3.9 (including users whose VIP upgrade expired).
No need to upgrade to the new version, just go to XenVn -> Health Check -> Select Re-run check. Done.
