KIndly help, i get this error any time i tried installing the adds-on i downloaded from here, i have tried installing different version of Xenforo but is still the same

Hello sir, i tried installing the ads-on and am still facing the sam e issue, and if i try to reinstall it, the whole site will stop working, i will have to delete the database files and reinstall xenforo again. please see attached pictures and help
