My max message lenth was 10,000 characters and i used just 750, i posted an article and upload an image, that's when i get the error, so i had to make the post without the image

Hi, please my usergroup promotion does not promote member from Level 1 to Level 2 even when the member logs out and login again, it still remains the same unless i rebuild the User group cache before it can work Any idea on what to do? Thanks
