Ryzer pro black not available?

Imagemagick PECL extension in my xenforo ir greyed out. I did bunch of crap in last 1-2hours installing everything, from pecl, to adding extensions to php ini and everything I found and its still greyed out....... I did ALL lines from this page ...

really? What options to use in all in one tools? xf default? index all?

It does not let add logo,the top just stretches and logo goes all over other parts looks like this,there is top bar , and left part white where should be logo is actually clickable, but if you add logo its oversized and cover other parts....

What is the plugin that restricts user download for attachments and Download limit (1/10) Downloads counter?
