XenVn-2.4.0 issue

Please i need advice with the below issue

i have add-on for upload photo center in the forum.

I installed the add-on XenVn-2.4.0 and then uninstalled and this problem occurred.

 

Add an image instead of the forum name

[xenvn]

This error seems absurd, XenVn addon has nothing to do with other addons when you have uninstalled XenVn addon. Is there any error log that appears?
