User Registration not working

Am facing issue with user registration in our forum. After users enter all details on registration screen and click on the register button, screen refresh and lands back on same registration page.

1. Am using Namecheap Stellar Business Hosting

Please let us where and what we can check to find the issue/error.

This is a strange error. I tried every way to help you. But not yet successful. I think the problem with the server you use or the Xenforo source code has an error.
