On my website, in the resources area, I have content that I added years ago. Without making any updates, I want to move the resource back to the beginning (like the topics in your add-on)

Is it possible to add a property to change the value in the last_update in the database's?

If you do that, there is a tab get the right side. (Updates)

I don't want that, so there is no update, I just want to move it back to the top.

Right now I go into the database and manually change the field you see in the picture

Its built in sir just put version of file and upload file and update name and update message.

I just want to change the date. Uploading files etc. would be an unnecessary process in my opinion.

It would be great if the "Up top this thread" feature from XenVn's awesome add-on is added.

What do you mean, just upload threads (up top this threads) without having to edit anything?

I think he wants the function to top this threads like on the chomoi page (the purpose is to point posts to the top)
