How! Prevent and disallow redirect page from google index

Hi, hope all is well
I did site audit by SEMrush, and I found 100+ errors caused by duplicate content by: /redirect option in Xenvn addon.
How can I prevent and disallow this page from google indexes?

You can add to robots.txt

Disallow: /redirect/
