Block Redirect Page in Google Results

Hello,

If the "Add Redirect Page" option in the XenVN add-on is active, a new page opens when the source is clicked and the necessary steps for downloading appear.

For Example:

However, I noticed that these redirect pages are also indexed by google (I use this feature a lot in the resources add-on).
Is there any way to prevent this?
