Blocks registration to specified countries for Xenforo 2.

Features:

• Uses ipstack.com for accurate country locations.
• Uses internal table for recent IP locations.
• All phrases start with countryregistrationcheck_ for your convenience.

Setup:

1. Navigate to ipstack.com/signup/free and sign up for their free plan.
2. Enter access key into options page.
3. Enter country codes into options page.

View countries registration check page:
You view a list of blocked countries, add 'countryregistrationcheck' to your forum URL. Must be an admin to view this page.
