A new permission for user groups: Allows users to update any thread / resource.
This permission inherits the features of: Uptop, Update Attachments, Thread Suffix, Optimal MetaData, Add Thread Detail.

It helps you specify a group of users who have the right to perform the following tasks on any thread / resource.
- Uptop threads / resources.
- Update / Add new attachment for thread (first post) / resource (last update description)
- Edit thread suffix
- Automatically send notification to content owner and content followers
You have a group of users who can update attachments / resources, and you want them to be able to easily update / add new attachments for any thread / resource. But do not change your original content. This new feature will help you.
-> They can add new attachments, update attachments they have added, but cannot change other people's files and cannot change the content of the post.
-> The download redirect page will describe the owner of the attachment.
