A working content hider for 2.2.17?

My forum uses HIDE tags and i require a user to LIKE/REACT the thread to unlock the content, that simple.
XenConcept Hide BBCode 2.0.9 does not work.
- The icon is in the BBCode manager but it doesn't appear in the preview or on the forums.
MMO Hide BBCode Content System 2.2.8 does not work.

I'm using Xenforo 2.2.17. Help?

You can use the available feature in XenVn addon:
Limit: Force Like To View Code Tag
Force users to Like to view content in the Code tag, hidden from guests. Additional configuration in Groups...

For example:
