the latest uploaded files (2.3.2) upgrade file info returns it as 2.3.1 . @xenvn are you sure its not 2.3.1 but 2.3.2 ?

Waiting for 2.3.1 update. Several issues that I faced (webhook, payment, template, email) seem to be addressed.

if all of your addons are compatible with 2.3 (or minimum of 2.2) then you can go for XF 2.3, but before that make sure to backup database and forum files, unofficial/3rd party themes may not work if not updated to be compatible with 2.3
