it seems there are currently problems with recapcha, right?

I have a picture

German:
"Dieser Inhalt ist blockiert. Wenden Sie sich an den Besitzer der Website, um das Problem zu beheben."

English:
"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the problem."
