Original Poster Reply Only (Thread starter reply only) - XF2 1.0.0.1

Allow forums to have "OP reply only"-threads, which means that only OP can reply, this is perfect for e.g. fanfic or diary-type threads.

Permissions:
Post replies in "Original Poster Reply Only"-forums: Users with this permission can still reply (useful for moderator user group)

Phrases:
thread_only_allows_replies_from_original_poster: The error message shown in case user manages to post a reply, or uses API
