How to Enable Sidebar in Thread View or All Page

Hello everyone,

I need some help.

The sidebar is visible when visitors are active on the main page.
But the sidebar is not visible at all on any page other than the main page.
I most need the sidebar to appear during Thread View.
Please help And share your advice.
