I never ommited anything from the theme, I just merely gave instructions on how to do it.
I downloaded the file above and the copyright was still there, so I made the fix.

I am not quite understanding the issue you are facing.
What code are you referring to?

There is settings for that in the style properties for the theme.

If that is for something else, what I refer to is that the list of nodes is completely visible to the view of each node
