I can understand that, it gets a little tough when the truth comes out from a member, instead of taking care of your members in a serious way.
But lying and deceiving the members seems to be your style.
Stop all the crap you're doing and you'd get more members, lower your ridiculously expensive prices and you'd also get more money.
