The simplest way: Delete all content in the hashes.json file. (use only when absolutely necessary)

Thank you for your question, which I would like to answer.

There is a "hashes.json" file in each add-on (installation directory).
In the "hashes.json" file all "256 hash values" for the files are stored. You can enter the new hash values if you wish, or delete the lines in the "hashes.json" as @xenvn has already said. If you uninstall the add-on again, the file will also be deleted. Whether and how the hash values are important for an update, I cannot say now. I will try it out in a development environment first before installing it in my forum.
